Packaging: All orders placed are presented in Palava Packaging and delivered to you in a re-useable brown paper mailing bag. Regrettably at this moment in time we are unable to gift wrap, but there are gift boxes available to purchase online.
Out of stock: If your order is likely to be delayed, we will contact you immediately to let you know when the item may be back in stock and to offer an alternative – or a refund.
Delivery: We always make a big effort to send orders out quickly, however at busy times, please allow up to seven working days for your Palava parcel to arrive. We will contact you with an estimated time of delivery. All orders are sent first class by Royal Mail recorded delivery or UPS if it's a large order. Should you require urgent delivery, please use our express service.
Payment options: We accept all major debit and credit cards, including American Express. You may also pay by Paypal.
Telephone orders: We are more than happy to accept telephone orders and are here to offer advice between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Returns policy: Please contact us if you are unsure about sizing – we can advise you. If you do need to exchange an item, or if you are in any way unsatisfied with your order, please contact us in the first instance to arrange to return it. Returned items should be in their original packing (with storybook) and original condition and sent back within 28 days of receipt. Please state clearly the reason for return. We would always recommend using recorded delivery service as proof of delivery. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery and all goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are returned and received by Palava.
